Indiana Career Explorer, powered by Kuder® Now Available to All Hoosiers

The Indiana Department of Workforce Development has partnered with the Indiana Department of Education, the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, and Kuder to bring Hoosiers the opportunity to find the right career through the Indiana Career Explorer, an online system featuring Kuder® Navigator for middle school and high school students and their parents and Kuder® Journey for postsecondary students and adults.

The system also features the Kuder® Administrative Database Management System (ADMS), through which educators and workforce staff track individual progress, generate individual and aggregate reports on usage, communicate directly with system users, and more.

In a communication to schools in March, the Indiana Department of Education noted, “It is truly a time when technology, education, and workforce initiatives have combined for the greater good of our people.”
