Kuder Expands Research Team
Kuder has expanded its research team to include distinguished experts in the fields of career development, counseling psychology, psychometrics, and educational assessment and evaluation.
Led by Kuder Vice President of Research Dr. Spencer Niles, the team's central focus will be to engage in research projects investigating the impact Kuder has on the educational and career achievement of students and adults. "We are thrilled to have assembled a team of world class researchers who have expertise in developmental career guidance, career assessment, longitudinal predictions of educational attainment, psychometrics, and the use of technology in the delivery of career guidance systems," Niles stated.
The expanded research team continues Kuder's long tradition of conducting research studies that support the assessments Kuder delivers to its users.

Members of Kuder's expanded research team include Dr. Hoi K. Suen, Dr. JoAnn Harris-Bowlsbey, and Dr. Jerry Trusty (front row). Dr. Jack R. Rayman, Dr. Donald G. Zytowski, and Dr. Spencer Niles (back row).
The team will also serve as Kuder's Research Review Board (KRRB). The KRRB will review research proposals submitted in response to Kuder's call for proposals investigating important career development topics related to using the Kuder systems.
“Dr. Niles is highly respected worldwide as a leading expert in career development and education, and we are thrilled to have him at the helm of our world-class research team,” said Kuder President Phil Harrington. “His distinguished expertise and experience will help continue to ensure that our products and services are backed by a strong foundation of research based solutions.”
